1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service request or project within 24 hours of placing the order or signing
the agreement, provided that work has not already commenced. To cancel, please contact us
immediately at unitednetwork56@gmail.com.
2. Refund Policy
For software products and digital services:
- If a cancellation is approved within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be processed
within 7-10 business days.
- Once the software/service is delivered/installed/configured, no refunds will be issued due to
the nature of digital goods.
- In case of technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, a partial or full
refund may be considered at the discretion of management.
3. Custom Projects
For custom development projects, payments are milestone-based. Payments made for completed milestones
are non-refundable.
